Temple of Leah | A Tribute of an Undying Love

2/18/2015 10:08:00 PM

Nothing can replace that exceptional feeling of being somewhere so special and exceptional....♥
When I came to know that this temple existed and saw its picture on the web, I cannot withstand the look, nor could I, with second thought visit the place. I was instantly captured by its Roman-inspired architectural design which is beyond ordinary and wanting myself to see those impressive carvings personally.

Temple of Leah, the newest tourist attraction in Cebu offers a variety of an Ancient Rome - an art gallery and museum inspired with Roman designs. The temple was constructed in the year 2012 as a symbol of an undying love of Teodorico Adarna, owner of the Queensland motels, to his wife Leah Villa Albino-Adarna (this completely explains why the temple was named such)

The temple is built on a highland area, specifically in Brgy. Busay, Cebu City. Aside from the panoramic view of the city the temple can offer, the temple also showcases its intricate beauty ranging from wall carvings, sculptures, statues, the 2 gigantic lions on both side of the temple and the huge image of Leah seated at the heart of the massive staircase.
